Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VoiceWeave (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
VoiceWeave is a free experimental real-time multilingual experimental communication assistance interface that enables two individuals to communicate across languages through automatic transcription and translation of voice or text messages.
VoiceWeave:
- is not a messaging platform
- is not a social network
- does not provide communication storage
- does not archive conversations
- does not guarantee message delivery
- does not guarantee translation accuracy
The Service processes submitted content transiently for the sole purpose of real-time translation between participants.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- any voice or text content submitted
- how they use translated information
- any interpretation of translation results
- compliance with applicable laws
VoiceWeave does not control, endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for user-generated content.
You agree not to use the Service for:
- unlawful purposes
- fraud or impersonation
- harassment or abuse
- distribution of illegal content
- any activity in violation of applicable law
5. No Obligation to Monitor
VoiceWeave does not proactively monitor or inspect user conversations.
Automated moderation systems may be implemented solely to detect technical abuse or violations of service integrity.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as an obligation for VoiceWeave to actively monitor user communications.
6. Transient Processing
The Service is designed to process user-submitted content transiently.
Voice or text content submitted during a conversation session:
- may be transcribed and translated in real time
- may be temporarily buffered for processing
- is not stored or archived after delivery
VoiceWeave does not retain conversation content and is not obligated to preserve communications for future access or disclosure.
7. Third-Party Processing
During an active conversation session, submitted voice or text content may be transmitted to external processing infrastructure, including AI-based systems, strictly for the purpose of generating real-time translations required for Service functionality.
Such processing occurs only during an active session and only to the extent technically necessary to deliver the requested communication service.
8. Service Availability
VoiceWeave is provided as an experimental MVP.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability
- reliability
- accuracy of translations
- message delivery
- compatibility with all devices
The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
VoiceWeave shall not be liable for:
- translation inaccuracies
- communication errors
- misunderstandings between users
- loss of data
- indirect or consequential damages
- decisions made based on translated content
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoiceWeave from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from:
- your use of the Service
- your submitted content
- your violation of these Terms
- any unlawful activity conducted through your use of the Service
11. Law Enforcement Requests
VoiceWeave may disclose limited technical information if required by valid legal process and only to the minimum extent necessary under applicable law.
VoiceWeave does not retain conversation content by design.
Any data that is processed transiently and not stored at the time of a lawful request cannot be recovered or reconstructed.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
14. Accessibility Notice
VoiceWeave is designed to support accessibility best practices aligned with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where technically feasible.
Due to the experimental nature of the Service and its integration with third-party platforms (including Telegram), certain accessibility features may depend on the capabilities of external systems not controlled by VoiceWeave.
VoiceWeave is provided as an assistive communication tool and is not intended to serve as a primary accessibility service, certified assistive technology, or substitute for human interpretation in critical environments.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure usability across a wide range of devices and accessibility settings, full compliance with all accessibility requirements may not be technically achievable in all environments.
14.1 Telegram Dependency
Certain accessibility limitations may arise from Telegram's user interface or client software, over which VoiceWeave has no control.
VoiceWeave does not modify, override, or guarantee accessibility behavior of Telegram applications used as the delivery platform for real-time communication sessions.
14.2 Communication Limitations
VoiceWeave is not intended for use in:
- emergency communications
- medical consultations
- legal proceedings
- immigration interviews
- employment evaluation
- financial decision-making
- insurance claims
- education admission
- housing access decisions
- public service eligibility determinations
- accessibility-critical decision-making
- disability accommodation services
- or any environment where accessibility compliance is legally required
Use of the Service in such contexts is at the sole risk of the user.
14.3 Translation Accessibility
Translations generated by VoiceWeave are automated and may contain inaccuracies or omissions.
VoiceWeave does not guarantee that translated content is accessible, understandable, or suitable for individuals with cognitive, linguistic, or perceptual impairments.
14.4 Assistive Technology
Compatibility with screen readers, voice navigation tools, or other assistive technologies may vary depending on the operating system, browser, Telegram client, or device configuration used.
VoiceWeave does not guarantee interoperability with all assistive technologies.
14.5 Good Faith Compliance
VoiceWeave implements accessibility features in good faith based on proportional technical feasibility as an independent experimental MVP service.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as a representation of full regulatory accessibility certification.

15. Automated Processing Disclaimer
VoiceWeave utilizes automated language processing technologies solely to facilitate interpersonal communication between users.
The system is not intended for use in decision-making contexts involving legal rights, employment evaluation, financial services, immigration, education, healthcare, law enforcement, or public administration.
Users are responsible for verifying translations before relying on them in any formal or legal context.
